- Does it cost anything to place an ad here?
No, nothing. Photo ads are also free. This site is supported through voluntary donations and commercial advertising.
- How long will my ad last for?
All ads are set up to expire in 90 days. You can renew your ad by editing it or adding a photo before the expiration date. Renewing your ad resets the expiration date to 90 days in the future.
- I uploaded a photo. When will it be viewable in my ad?
Your photo should be viewable in your ad within 48 hours.
- Why can't I list my email address in the ad? How will people contact me?
Buyers will contact you through the phone number in your ad. We have a lot of experience in running classifieds sites on the internet.
One thing we have noticed is that quite often sellers do not receive their emails from potential buyers. This is due to several reasons that don't have an 100% effective fix.
The next thing we noticed is that most scammers used email to contact their victims.
- Someone wants me to wire them money through western union. Is this a scam.
Yes. Anytime you are selling something online and someone wants YOU to send them money it is a scam. Wiring money can not be traced and you will have no course of action if you get cheated.

- Who is selling the tack on this site?
Sellers on this site include tack shops and everyday horse people.
- Does TackBag.com ever get involved in transactions between buyers and sellers?
Never. We recommend all buyers walk into each transaction with both eyes open. We recommend you see the item in person prior to purchasing. Although we happily cooperate with all law enforcement agencies,
due to privacy laws, we can not pre screen sellers here.
- I don't see any email addresses in the ads. How do I contact the sellers?
The sellers phone number is in the ad.
